These walls are crazy flimsy and are not flat to be able to rest on drywall with any type of hold. Returned the Breeze kit as the walls are not quality.

I thought I followed the steps, but the sliding door doesn’t close to the wall all the way 😩 what did I do wrong

There are 3 holes in each (left and right) wall anchor that are meant to use to screw EE screws into corresponding holes in the frames (non-existent). I have told you this already over the phone. The additional information is that the 3 holes on each wall anchor are LARGER in diameter than the screws EE specified to be used at these locations. This means, I believe, that screws EE need corresponding holes smaller in diameter at each end of the frame in order to serve any purpose at all.

There is gap in the middle and the bottom between the side wall and the sliding door. How to fix this?

Just finished installing an OVE - Bel shower door. I am pleased. This video was very handy in giving me the big picture of what is going to need to be done and when. The shower was purchased from Lowe's and was delivered promptly. It was very well packed. The glass panels are heavy and definitely takes two men to get them into the work area. The materials and "design" seem top notch. In my case I purchased a 70 to 72" inch shower and "cut it down" to fit my non-standard 69" opening. This meant some customization was necessary. If I had a standard size opening it would have been a simple install. Good product.

I don't recommend getting and Ove toilet at all. Just moved into my remodelled house, 3 days later the Ove will not flush. Went through all the troubleshooting and determined that the part is the solenoid. Ove is saying I have to contact the store for proof of purchase. The store can't find it under my contractor'a account, if i even have the right store. Ove is no help. Looks like I have to get my new toilet taken out and replaced by another brand😢

How do you place the door bottom seal? Doesn’t seem to pass through sliding at the bottom?

Where do I get a new seat? mine has a crack in it and now the toilet functions randomly go off.

Not complete inspections. You missed several steps. Disappointing!

Can you show me the correct installation of the sweep seals on the bottom of the door and the Door edge seals that are applied to the glass door edges. Main issues is the bottom corners where the sweep meets the door fins. Does it go over the sweep or stop at the sweep or squeeze inside the sweep

Hi there, Just curious in the manual the bracket that attaches to the base in the center where both pieces of glass fit appears to over hang the base's ledge. In the video it sits flush on the ledge. The 20mm mark guide puts half the bracket out over the ledge. Just want to confirm does the bracket just out past the ledge? If this does not make sense, is there an email I can send the image?

Comments 11 Well. We just spent 2 days trying every 5x trick out there when the bowl would not clean or fill. It did flush. But that was it. We ended a frustrating night giving up and leaving a note for my user friends. TOILET MALFUNCTIONING. PLS. NO SOLIDS. WILL FLUSH ONLY LIQUID... and went to bed. I used it in the morning. Stood up only to hear a full swirl flush beginning. IT WAS FIXED!!! So be patient. It seems unplugging the black *A* plug (See manual) 5x may be the answer for some.

I have a problem. One of the small screws w/o a head loosened and probably went down the drain. It came out of the lower bracket on the sliding glass door. Do I have to reinstall the whole door? Do I have to reorder a whole lower bracket? Please help me the bracket won't tighten without this locking screw. It is tightened by by the small allen wrench.

Do you have a link to the installation manual itself online? Tried to find it on your website but it's not there.

That is a lid replacement not the seat but from this shouldn’t be to hard to figure out.

I've installed doors and it looks great and works perfectly. The problem is after a few weeks, the exterior base trim piece came off as it is only attached with silicone. I used the best type of silicone that I could find, both in the original installation and again when reinstalling it, after thoroughly cleaning both surfaces. I allowed more than 24 hours for the silicone to dry. Is this a design defect? It there a better way to attach this strip rather than just silicone adhesive?

Those floor mounted faucets are notorious for leaking.. Or is it just the wand? Any brands that dont leak?

This door is NOT compatible with other brand shower walls and pan combinations! There is not enough clearance for the fixed door to be installed.

I installed the new solenoid and I still cannot get the seat to turn on. Is there a possible fuse or electric issue with the seat itself?

I want to thank you for all your help. I got my part ordered yesterday. Don’t know why my plumber had so much trouble but my toilet hasn’t worked for several months. I will highly recommend recommend OVE

I have same one but there's no water that came in the bowl. I adjusted the lever same thing. I took the valve off it works. What do you think wrong?

I am getting ready to plumb this now and I saw this looking very difficult. I see 2 ways. FYI - I am doing this on a 2nd floor master washroom complete demo/reno. I am not a plumber and do at your own risk. 1- using pex, make sure your lines are long enough to give good up and down movement and put verticle stems at the holes about 2" long so you can pull them up and out of the connection hole. This is without screwing done the support bracket. You should be able to pull those lines up, connect and push down again ( or they will pull themselves down so have a string on them) below the floor and screw down you base bracket. 2 - Approx the same as in 1 but using breaided flex lines. Put in 1/2 thread male connections below the floor and add on some 12" long breaided female 1/2" to mail 1/2" supply lines to come up and out of the hole with make connection with some threaded male to male adapters. In both cases have some strings attached to them to pull them up should they fall below the floor. I will due the 1st meathod as I dont really trust having a flex line connection below the floor even thought I would test prior. I have more experience and tust in pex connections. How do I order the solenoid replacement?!

The problem with this installation is that there is no tile flange to prevent water from seeping under the shower base and behind the wall. Sure you can be a hack and caulk it, but this is only a temporary fix. The caulk will break down and begin to leak again behind the tile and to the floor.
